My client is a global company looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS to assist in their global development.  You will report to the Head of Sales and Tendering. What the role entails: 
  • Setting customer, market and country strategies
  • Opportunity identification and development
  • Establishing and implementing successful bid strategies through to successful final negotiations with customers
  • Project values ranging from €1m to €50m
  • Customer and account management
  • Developing sales opportunities
  • Leading the tender and negotiation phase of project opportunities
 You will: 
  • Have capital contract sales experience in an ENGINEERING - PROCUREMENT -CONSTRUCTION environment.
  • Ideally have a background in power generation
  • HND or Degree in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Be able to prepare high quality selling documents
  • Be able to work on their own initiative

 The salary will be negotiable depending on experience
