The position holder is employed as a Quality Manager and is required to progress his/ her identified job tasks in a diligent and efficient way as directed by the QHSE Director. ? To ensure that the business maintains and surpasses the necessary company, industry and national standards for successful and continued registration to our certification achievements. ? To ensure that the Integrated Management System (IMS) reflects the Company’s business objectives and needs. ? To provide QHSE support to the Corporate Management and Operations teams as directed by the QHSE Director. ? To develop within the Company the appropriate knowledge, understanding and attitude towards QHSE matters to facilitate continuous improvement. ? To assist in the co?ordination of the QHSE Corporate function within. ? Manage the company internal and external audit programme. ? Provide advice and support on IMS matters to Operations personnel, onshore & offshore.
Ensure that our certification is maintained in line with the current International Standards and Company Policy requirements. ? Ensure the upkeep, rationalisation and development of the IMS reflects the company’s requirements. ? Conduct QHSE audits onsite (onshore & offshore) and within the offices. ? Give guidance and advice on matters relating to QA systems and initiatives within . ? Maintain control of all IMS documentation. ? Assist in developing, promoting and monitoring compliance with IMS element and process performance measures. ? Manage and maintain non?conformances sand provide monthly status reports. ? Assist in the development and monitoring of performance / compliance with company annual QHSE Improvement Plans. ? Assist to ensure full compliance to our certification requirements; procedures; and Client procedures and specifications to achieve better efficiency and optimise control.
