Support the QHSE Manager with the creation, delivery and monitoring of the QHSE procedures and plans which under? pin the QHSE strategy and support the achievement of operational objectives for the business. ? Implement, develop and maintain QHSE procedures, policies, work instructions and risk assessments. ? Support offshore operations relating to mobilisations and demobilisations on all QHSE matters. ? Establish and maintain good relations with clients, authorities and industry associates regarding QHSE matters.

Develop and implement safe systems of work to cover all operations. ? Carry out quality safety and environmental audits, risk assessments and incident investigations which identify and take account of all relevant hazards. ?
Promote culture of continuous improvement and share good practices across the business. Plan practical and effective methods of promoting quality, health and safety and safe working practices. ?
Continued implementation of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position. ?
Experience within the Subsea, Oil & Gas or Offshore, Renewables Industries would be advantageous. ? Management systems and auditing skills. ?
Experience of CDM would be an advantage.
Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office. ?
Good communication and presentation skills. ?
